What is PKP Kinesiology?
Our body is an amazing, intricate machine that has the ability to heal itself naturally. However, sometimes it will compensate to do so causing imbalances and blockages within the body’s energy field, muscles and meridians. PKP (Professional Kinesiology Practice) Kinesiology uses a unique combination of gentle muscle testing, finger modes and modern healing techniques, to communicate with the body on a subconscious level, helping to remove the stress to allow the body to heal, and find a state of homeostasis (balance) within.
PKP Kinesiology is bringing things into your life that you want to create. It is all about looking forward, finding your magic, and leaving the obstacles of the past behind you.

What to expect within a session.
Sometimes we are unaware of how stressors, past traumas and lifestyle decisions affect us energetically, preventing us from achieving our potential in life. This is why each Kinesiology session is unique to each individual. The start of each session would be checking in with how you are coping, and how you would like to move forward in life.
Based on a goal that you want to achieve that day, gentle muscle testing will speak with your subconscious to determine the most appropriate balances to help you find your potential. For the balance you are fully clothed and will spend most of the time lying on a massage table (or sitting if more comfortable for you). The purpose of each session is to bring the body back to a state of homeostasis and equilibrium on all levels, emotionally, physically, chemically and mentally.
